Last week at Entech, we saw our first ever technology partner open house. More than 160 people as well as 13 technology partner companies participated in the event.
Several of our partner companies gave presentations on their technologies and most had representatives onsite to mingle and answer questions. Almost a mini-trade show, we had production companies, media specialty, muscle cars, event planners, museum exhibit, and even a specialty cake baker.
This week, Entech Creative is proud to announce that in addition to National WBE status (Women’s Business Enterprise), we have just received MBE certification (Minority Business Enterprise) from Orange County, Florida.
While we continue to strive for excellence across the board, we are ecstatic at the recognition this award brings to Entech.
“Having run Entech for 16 years in Central Florida, I’m excited to have been awarded this status from the County. Orange County MBE status will allow me more opportunities to bring new jobs and money to our area,” says Entech Owner and President Anne Herzog.
This is a late breaking story on the blossoming exclusive partnership between Entech Creative Industries and Kokoro of Japan. While the details of the partnership are still under wraps (you’d better believe that this marketing guy will post them as soon as they’re available), we do know that the deal is structured towards Entech Creative taking on North American marketing, sales, and distribution of the Kokoro line of advanced robotics, also known as “Actroids.”
On June 16th, Entech welcomed the newest little member to our engineering team, Steven’s new son, Logan Glen Lansrud. Today, Steven and his wife Debbie stopped by to give us all a peek at little Logan. We’ll give him a few weeks to get acclamated before we teach him how to draw cool things in AutoCAD.

Earlier this month Entech completed the latest SkyCycle installation. Soaring above visotors’ heads at the Arizona Science Center, the bright yellow SkyCycle was installed without a hitch.
The Arizona Science Center’s 140,000 square foot facility was opened in 1997 and includes 40,000 square feet of gallery space with more than 300 hands on exhibits, a 300 person IMAX theater, and a 200 person planetarium with world leading projection and audio technology.
Entech’s President, Anne Herzog was asked by Sound and Communications magazine to fly to New York (and take a limo) to the magazine’s VIEWPoint studios. There Anne and Maris Ensing of Mad Systems talked about thinking outside the box in a two part video segment titled “Inspired Ideas: Unlocking AV Creativity”
As Entech embarks on exciting new business opportunities, our facilities are getting a makeover. “Our space should be a reflection of our creative and innovative personality,” says Entech’s Director of Marketing, Nayte Carrick.
