GEORGE MOORE
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
George Moore holds 20 years experience in project management, construction management and operations management in the construction and theme park industry. Past experiences include operations control and management for a major developer, manager and board member for a general contracting firm, and field engineering for a European theme park ride manufacturer.
Operations management includes hands on direction of the Project Management, Engineering and Production departments, directing and prioritizing workloads, and ultimate accountability for the profitability of the company. Moore has successfully executed numerous projects of large value ($10M+) and has done so while maintaining customer satisfaction. His experience also includes extensive field work and direction where his ability to assess the situation and make decisions has consistently proven to be an asset.
